Ally’s password policy requires the following:
  • Be a minimum of 8 characters
  • Contain three of the following four: letter, number, uppercase, special character
  • Be changed every 90 days
  • The Password cannot be changed to one that has been used in the last 6 password resets
  • Users cannot change their password more than once in a 48 hour period. The Helpdesk or Ally internal administrators can reset a password within the 48 hour window if necessary.
